The Lao, Hmong, and American Veterans Memorial (LHAVM) is second Hmong and Secret War memorial in the United States.

The Memorial isn’t to glorify war, but to honor the Lao, Hmong, and Americans who lost their lives in the Secret War

Over 900 individuals joined in to create the mosaics that are displayed on the memorial located at Deland Park in Sheboygan.
